My Bubble – A Community Art Project
Its been a year since the COVID pandemic was first identified here in York, and 16th March represents a year since the initial lockdown. We are inviting everyone to capture their year, in a bubble, which will form part of a larger community artwork. Planet Food Community Cafe (CC)
Launched on the 10th of January 2019 - the newest affordable, inclusive cafe, opening for all of us, to help reduce food waste and put edible food on your plate ! Also loads of fresh produce will be available on a weekly basis. The cafe uses food donated from local stores and businesses, that would otherwise be discarded, and it is used to create a 'Pay-as-you-can' lunch (actually we have choices of Brunch, and then from Midday, a choice of…
